Over the years, Wayne has carved out several areas of expertise one of them is APD. Like many people from South Africa, he is living now in Australia. That was in the early 1990s, before I had ever met him. Although children with APD may seem to have a hearing impairment, this is not usually the case, as hearing for pure tones is within the normal range when tested.
